How it works

By design, the NetRFQ.com user interface is simple and effective. If you are the Buyer, you can create a RFQ simply by specifying the products and quantities. If you are a Vendor, you can submit a quote simply by filling in the blanks for the price of each product. Or just enter a description and attach a file.

The buyer creates a RFQ online by specifying products and quantities. (optional: manufacturer part #s, shipping and tax)
The buyer assigns a product category, and open/close dates for the RFQ
Vendors receive notification about the RFQ and login to prepare a quote
Vendors can create a quote online as easily as filling in the blanks for the price of each product. Or attach a file
The buyer reviews the quotes and can communicate with the vendors for negotiation, terms etc.
When the buyer decides to purchase from a vendor (regardless of the price), the transaction is handled independently between them
